Destination True Value is the theme for our new store upgrades! We are giving a facelift to our main store in Lane Plaza. Our aim is to give you the unique shopping experience you deserve. Destination True Value transforms the layout and feel of our Flagship store from a mere location to an experience.

As we continue to stay in touch with these and other basic needs, we recognize that you have grown into even more sophisticated tastes, and we are growing right along with you.

At our Lane Half-Way Tree branch, big changes are underway. On the outside you will notice a change to our storefront. So say good bye to the primary blue and red, and greet something that’s a little more mature! Our new colours will be wine and gold, but that’s just the beginning.

Inside our new hardware and decor oasis, we will increase our range of inventory and give you a wider selection of the quality Rapid True Value Products you have come to love.

Our layout will help guide your movements through the store with new section groupings and sharper signage.  New shelf labelling will include more in depth information on our products, including size specifications and suggested uses.

We are changing the layout of the store to accommodate new features: new displays, demonstration spaces, and more client friendly navigation.

We appreciate your refined preferences, so look out for tasteful tile work, softer and more plentiful lighting, and a new painting and decor station for the design star in you! Feel the excitement of finding just the right tool or decor item to transform your home and garden without getting lost among the enticing new exhibits.

No longer will a trip to the Hardware store be a chore or a bore! The RTV team is working closely with internationally trained decorators to transform your everyday consumer experience into a chic and comfortable home space. Our new warm colour scheme, soothing pleasant earth tones and clean lines will be so stylish you’ll want to spend hours roaming the aisles.
